The Client Portal is available only to our .

Once you purchase Effingo business tier from the link on , one of the first things we recommend you do is hit the client portal button in the top right corner of our website and login with discord.

If you do not login to our website with discord by hitting the client portal button, your attachment backups will not be sent there!!!

Once you have logged in to our client portal via discord, any you make in your discord server will be stored in a zip file and sent to the client portal for you to download. Therefore, making the process of getting your attachments out of discord and into your hands an easy and efficient process.
